What does this change?
This adds test criteria for some background, ticker, CTA styling changes for the US EOY 2024 AB test in time for the US election campaign.
Why?
The plan is to test whether the change of styling is more engaging to readers and will require an equivalent test to be set up in RRCP before the change can be viewed.
