What does this change?

Bumps @guardian/source library from v5 to v6

    • https://github.com/guardian/csnx/commit/d274436a539829e75eb2451910b64bf8a6b57943: Adds new icons to the icon library and applies updates to existing icons. In addition, some icons have been renamed and others deprecated. Icons that were previously deprecated have now been removed in this update.

Why?

We are several major versions behind in DCR and so are unable to use newer source features until we get up to date

This PR is a re-implementation of https://github.com/guardian/dotcom-rendering/pull/12063 to break it down into smaller chunks for review
