What does this change?

  • Updates the ccpa cookie to usnatUUID cookie in Ophan consent call
  • Updates the Ophan consent call to use usnat
  • Bumps libs to latest version that replaces ccpa with usnat in the US

Why?

  • Change in US consent framework
