command to fix "Title overline too short" WARNING

This is more of a feature request than an issue.

In my use case we have several hundreds of reports written by a multitude of users and they all start off from a template report but don't bother to trim the title overline and I end up having a huge amount of warnings when compiling the whole doc.

Would there be a simple way get this plugin to fix the overline? Since the plugin in capable of recognizing the existing headings it should also be able to go and fix them.

Any idea/comment is appreciated.
