Update initramfs init with Overlayfs support

Requires kernel with built-in Overlayfs module to work and USE_OVERLAYFS="true" in wz_mini.conf Tested without SD card or SD card with/without debug mode Kernel without built-in Overlayfs still works normally as long as USE_OVERLAYFS is not set
