Setting up onlyoffice support can be difficult to get right. It might be possible to add filebrowser to an only office container and have it preconfigured.
That would be amazing. It's the one thing I haven't been able to work out.
wow. May I know why go for only office instead of collabora? collabora supports mobile editing but only office does not.
I've been working on setting up and making OnlyOffice functional with Filebrowser through Traefik with Authelia and Cloudflare tunnels, and it's been no easy feat.
An AIO container would be great, with the ability to switch to Collabora.
But this creates many different problems related to the publishing environment.
The issues encountered were mainly around headers and CORS.
The bottom line is that everything works properly :)
Yeah I am not a fan of the experience either. You have to make two publicly available services and endpoints talk to each other -- often with the complexity of proxies in between.
I would love to fully remove the requirement to have onlyoffice endpoint accessible, but it requires direct access and webhooks to work. I don't have a solution for that yet (thinking about a forwarder mechanism)
With that being said, adding collabra is not a priority and I don't feel like onlyoffice support is fully fleshed out yet. I don't want to add another potential complicated headache to support right now.
After I iron out some of the 0.8.x kinks, I will update the troubleshooting and office wiki so it has common issues and step by step items to check to make sure everything is wired up. And an all-in-one container for those that use docker.
