Update galaxy wrapper to latest version

Hi,

When installing and running the galaxy wrapper that is present in the shedtool (version 0.3) I get empty graphics. When running the same data on the command line using conda deepstats version 0.4, it works without problem.

Could it be possible to upgrade the shedtool version to the latest version present in conda and would this upgrade produce correct graphics?
