Export/Print Chart Option not showing up

I replicated the example notebook step by step, and while the chart renders perfectly - the top-right icon to export the chart in various file options (which is a default for highcharts) doesn't appear. All the notebook examples show that option to be present. Have there been some changes recently?

I have the same problem here. Using notebook was initially meant to show examples and i integrated highcharts quick and dirty in notebook by manipulating the DOM once it's ready. I realize that using pandas-highcharts is a notebook is one the key feature. I'll try to add highcharts in notebook in a cleaner way, i guess that it should be loaded with the page itself, not when running the code. If anyone knows how to add third party static resources in jupyter, that should do the trick...
