Only upload newer files

it would be amazing if you could introduce an option to only overwrite newer files, like in vinyl-ftp.

This is pretty important for me; I sometimes work with somewhat larger projects and having to wait for the entire thing to transfer can take a few minutes. I'd really appreciate if this could be added.

+1 In the meantime, I use gulp-cache and gulp-watch so it only upload all file the first time your start gulp-watch
