When i try to create a hackathon and publish it, it doesn't set to publish but in network tab it show the status as published

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "https://dev-app-mulearn.vercel.app/register"
2. create a hackathon
3. Select publish it -When i try to create a hackathon and publish it, it doesn't set to publish but in network tab it show the status as published

What was the expected result?

The expected result is to publish the hackathon
