Install tensorflow via pip

Tensorflow recently hit 1.0 alpha, one of the new features is installation through pip. When that finishes (and our install script is working all the way) we should upgrade to pip install instead of our current incantation.

I don't believe this is blocked anymore.

Tensorflow just released 1.0, so this should be possible now.
