Chaos mode does not work

Can you right click the gta_sa file and click on properties, then post a screenshot of that?

Looking at the file size in the explorer window it looks like you're not on version 1.0 but I want to make sure

Additionally, I see your Windows is set to (I think?) Russian language - can you try installing the English language pack and using that as a test as well?
