It makes npc drivers behave like pepegas while they're driving.

Is the DriveTasks enum necessary? It seems like all it does is label taskValue's with what task they correspond to

You are rigth, actually i just wanted to try out new things while coding. I could remove that part if its more convenient.

Referring to the fact that the NPC driving is dogshit and they do random stupid (hence pepega) stuff
