Effect Description Description of the effect; what should it do?

A weapon swaps every like 3, 4, 5 seconds, whatever you test that works best. It swaps between the weapons that the player has available in the weapon wheel. So while you're shooting your pistol, it might randomly swap to a rocket launcher and totally screw you up. Because you were still holding the trigger at the time.
