Effect Description Instead of turning the car with the front wheel, you turn it with the rear wheels ! (The forklift ingame works that way) Also it's possible to activate that using mod menus so hopefully it will be easy to implement in ChaosMod as well. :)

IMO it offer a good challenge, as you basically have to re-learn everything you knew about driving cars in GTA5.
