Replaced the existing shortcut picker box with one with more options

Replaced the existing box for picking shortcuts with a text box that allows the player to enter custom shortcuts.

Issues: Labels for keys `[]';/.,-= (on US keyboard layout) cannot be easily found and would be displayed as "OemX" if nothing is done. I've disabled those keys for the time being for this reason.
