[Help Modding] I want to localize this mod

So currently, i did some work in config app renaming effects to a different language (who knows, knows to which language :P ). After some testing, i noticed that there are some moments, such as "nothing" effect being "unrenameable" (first name of the popped out effect is the same, after some time it changes to renamed effect). I guess the titles of the effect are "buried deep" inside that mod.

Now what i want is i wanna know where these are located, so i could change them as well, so it would be fully localized. And i also want to change language for config file, if that's even possible, which i think it is.

The other names of the effect are hardcoded. To change them, you'd need to change the source of the mod and recompile it.
