[Effect Suggestion] Move Map

Name of effect Move Map There has to be a better name, but I'm not sure what it would be.

Duration (choose one and replace the corresponding "[ ]" with "[X]")

• [X] Long
• [ ] Short
• [ ] No duration

Effect Description This may be next to impossible because of internal stuff, but I think a funny effect could be an effect that moves the actual map a few meters in any direction. Not peds or entities, just the actual map: probably could be pretty chaotic.

I'm pretty sure this is a duplicate plus i think the effect wouldn't be that perceptible

I searched for "move map", couldn't find it. Probably has a better name if it exists, lol. I think it would be pretty noticeable because the player, vehicles, etc wouldn't move, just the ground you're on would move 5 feet down or something.
