[Effect Suggestion] Volume Issues

Name of effect Volume Issues

Duration (choose one and replace the corresponding "[ ]" with "[X]")

Randomly changes the volume of the ingame elements and turns on the radio if in a vehicle. Sometimes the sound will be full volume, sometimes barely hearable. Doesnt change troughough the whole effect duration.

For example the car engine can be very loud while the npc dialogues are barely hearable, or the rain will be very loud while exploding elements around the player are barely hearable.

If not possible to change a specific effect volume, maybe make it affect the whole game ?
