Effect Description Self explanatory but with a few safe guards.

1. Random number will not be game breaking
2. Will not cause game to crash
3. Will disrupt missions but on a small scale
4. You will be invincible for the first second of the effect (entirety of the effect if too hard to code)
5. it will only be 15 seconds long
