Travis-CI has added support for ARM64. Added ARM64 job in Travis-CI.

Tests are no longer unnecessarily installed to users site-packages directory. Tests are still included in the source distribution.

Python 3 introduces a getstate/setstate method pair on the incremental encoder/decoders. It would be nice to expose this, even if only on Py3.
