Installation of PowerQuerySdk.vsix was crashed

In my opinion, the problem is that in the file " extension.vsixmanifest". It clearly indicates the versions of Visual Studio that are supported. However, I fixed these inconsistencies and everything works on VS2019. Just in case, I attach logs from the installer.
