Hi, i tried to install OKD 3.11. In the end of installation i got an error:

error when creating "oc_vol.yaml": Post https://console.com:8443/api/v1/persistentvolumes: Service Unavailable created volume 1

I have 200 volumes error. What is wrong?

Hello Epic55, have you found a solution for it in the meantime? I see this issue infrequently as well when trying to install Openshift.

I was seeing this error as well today - I made this PR:

https://github.com/gshipley/installcentos/pull/138

I believe it will resolve the issue.
