DateOfConcreteEvent discrepancy while dragging events in WeekView

Once updated to Swift4, found some discrepancy while dragging events in WeekView. Attached video. Once I drag event and release mouse, I expect time 11:12, but delegate shouldChangeDateOfConcreteEvent returns newValue as 12:02. Please see video.
