Don’t convert “...” (three periods) to “…” (ellipses) when previewing Markdown

Description

Markor converts `...` into `…` when previewing Markdown files, which looks centered vertically (and therefore horrible) on my device due to its Japanese system font/language. The character `…` is deprecated and only exists for compatibility purposes, and it should not be used in previews.
