Overscroll in file browser doesnt work when touching the screen

Don't worry; Markor and Marder appear as completely separate applications. You can install both side-by-side, and Markor settings are not touched. In case the issue is resolved there, you don't need to create a bug report. The change will be part of the next Markor update.)

Description

Overscroll only works when the finger doesn't touch the screen. If you hold and drag to the bottom, it doesn't work, and when you inertia scroll, it works.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open file browser
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Hold and drag to the bottom
