FileBrowser: Scrollbar not shown

Description

1. It would be nice if the notes list had a scroll bar to give the user a sense of location among the notes (consider a list of 100s of notes).

If there is more content then what fits to one screen page, scrolling a bit reveals the scrollbar. That should be the case everywhere in the app.

I see. This would be a bug then. I have 490 notes in a single folder, and I can't see the scrollbar at all..
