Settings: List items gets vertical spacing added when opening nested page

Don't worry; Markor and Marder appear as completely separate applications. You can install both side-by-side, and Markor settings are not touched. In case the issue is resolved there, you don't need to create a bug report. The change will be part of the next Markor update.)
Description
Unlike other apps, the space between settings expands a little bit every time you click an option in the settings menu, shown in this video:

Steps to reproduce
- Open settings
- Click on a settings folder like
GeneralorOther - Exit the settings folder (top-left arrow)
- Repeat for some time
