External (hardware) mouse - TextActions don't react to mouse click, only touch works

Description

Hi.

In landscape, with an external mouse connected, if I mouse click on an action button in the editor, it will not push the button but instead will scroll the action toolbar. Finger tap on the button will push the button.

What I expect: mouse click on an action button in landscape will push that button, like a finger tap does.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a mouse to the device (I use a bluetooth mouse)
2. Put the device in landscape orientation - the toolbar with the buttons should be at the bottom of the screen
3. Go to edit mode in Markor (I tested this with .md files)
4. Try clicking a toolbar button with the mouse - clicks won't push buttons, but the toolbar will scroll sideways
5. Tap a toolbar button with a finger - this will push the button properly
