PDF reader for ViewMode with pdf.js

Description

The goal is to first check if it's easy possible to add PDF viewing to Markor, using Mozilla's pdf.js. If so, add it to Markor.

Note: There are many (java/c/native) alternatives out there, however only javascript based is of interest for Markor ---> So no, mupdf or alike are wanted.

After a few times people wanting to work on this durin hacktoberfest, and nothing going on at the end.. I assume it just doesn't fit for hacktoberfest.

I don't assign this to anyone, but feel free to work on it and make a merge request if you have something around. Or ask here if there are questions.
