I just found that the slideCount in computed from InnerSlider.vue, it is not detect change on this.$slots.default.length

hi, I'm having the same problem with carousel slideCount not updating dynamically. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but it seems like this fix has not yet been merged yet. Are there any issues?
