support common edns options

It would be useful if the UI would allow the user to select one or more EDNS option for the query.

The response output already decodes multiple EDNS options, so there is no work to be done in this area.

EDNS Options whishlist:

  • EDNS Cookies
  • EDNS Client Subnet with user client IP-range or user selected IP-range or opt-out
  • EDNS Padding in order to test if DoT or DoH endpoints support
  • EDNS NSID to query server identifier

At this point, I don't think one needs to implement all assigned EDNS options https://www.iana.org/assignments/dns-parameters/dns-parameters.xhtml#dns-parameters-11
