Would you happen to have any recommendations for workshops/packages for analysing changes in metabolic pathways to complement your graphs?

Your workshops are so detailed and easy to follow, so wasn't sure if you also had something.

I don't have experience with metabolic pathway analysis. The closest thing I have done is gene ontology terms from RNA-seq data, but I don't know much even about that yet. Sorry!
