heat_tree legend size
Hello @zachary-foster,
is there a way in 'metacoder' to reduce the legend size? It is very big and over-plot on the tree labels.
Thanks,
Gian
Hi @Gian77, not currently. I am working on rewriting the heat tree code to make it more flexible, but it might take a while. I will make that an option in the future.
In the mean time, you can save your plot to a SVG or PDF and modify it manually with the free program Inkscape before you use it for publication. I know its not a great solution as far as automation and reproducibility goes, but it will work.
Thanks for the fast answer. I will follow your suggestion and use Inkscape, for now ;)
