Feedback after following the primer

THANK YOU for this incredibly useful resource! I noticed a few things while following and wanted to note them.

Population Structure

1. The line "Notice that the sample names start with either “AF” or “FR”." However, all the sample names in the image (and the next image) start with FR. This might lead to some confusion for readers.
2. "We see that there is a bend at 3 clusters..." and "Notice here that there is no local minimum in the curve." It would be useful to show an image of the BIC x # clusters graphs here, perhaps with the local minimum labelled, because it may not be intuitive to all readers.

Minimum Spanning Network

1. The deprecated "nodebase" is still used in a few places, rather than "nodescale", which throws a warning for the user.

Linkage Disequilibrium

1. The reference to Agapow and Burt appears to be broken.
