Feature Request: Executing commands on servers over WinRM

Our team has grown interested in Terratest, however most of our infrastructure is Windows based. We'd need a WinRM module to enable "Executing commands on servers over WinRM". I'd envision this as a winrm module similar to the existing ssh module.
