when using livereload (Fatal error: Port 9001 is already in use by another process.)

When am using livereload by inserting script tag "//localhost:35729/livereload.js" its working fine for me and page also reloading but in console am getting error as "Fatal error: Port 9001 is already in use by another process." Any suggestions will helpful.
