Add Support for Densha Controllers

In PCSX2 one of the latest updates has added support for Densha De Go controllers: https://www.reddit.com/r/DenshadeGO/comments/1fal2r7/latest_update_to_pcsx2_officially_supports_ddg/

This would be great as this would allow me to use my Zuiki controller with Densha De Go 1 & 2.
