Ridge Racer[NTSC-U][SCUS-94300] Saving to memory card long delay

Describe the bug

When saving there is a long delay(around 30 seconds) before the file is saved to the memory card. The save file's thumbnail is corrupted

Expected behavior

The save should only take a couple seconds and look like

Main menu, option, Fastest Laps, Save: New File
