B.A.D. intro is skipped in Rat Attack (bad-rat)

Describe the bug

Starting the .psexe in PCSX-Redux does not display the B.A.D intro itself. Instead, it shows a screen from the game that typically appears when you confirm the intro. However, the B.A.D intro functions properly on genuine PlayStation hardware. I tested it on a Sony PlayStation SCPH-1002 PAL console.

In PCSX-Redux, this screen appears:

I tested both, PAL and NTSC system types in PCSX-Redux.

1. Download .psexe file from https://demozoo.org/productions/334708/
2. File > Load Binary and open .psexe file
