Would like to be able to spin up a dev instance of DHF5 and MarkLogic 10 onCentOS 7.6

Sorry for the late reply.. I ran tests with ML 10 recently, and discovered you need to update the OS anyhow, so made that the default. Easiest is to run with current defaults, being base image centos-7.2, and update_os=true. It will run a yum -y update that will bring CentOS to latest subversion within 7.
