Linux Compatability

I am using Ubuntu Linux 12.04, with Firefox Aurora 14.0a2, and User-Style-Manager does not work. When clicking on the options menu, the style sheet list is empty: nothing If i try to open a stylesheet or create a new stylesheet, the editor window is empty (pictured above), and none of the buttons work. more nothing This persists to Firefox 12.

Can you do this troubleshooting :

  1. Open Error console (Ctrl + Shift + J) (Tools > Developer Tools > Error Console) and switch to 'Errors' panel.
  2. Open the Options Window and note any new errors in the error console.
  3. Open the style editor window and note the new errors in the error console.
  4. Post the error(s) in the above 2 steps here.

PS: I tested using Firefox 14 and 15 and Mint 12, it is working fine.

Thanks, I will update you with the solution as soon as I find one. It seems that Firefox is having some problem creating the directory "User Styles" (in which all the styles would be stored) inside your profile directory. I was getting this issues earlier also ,but then it disappeared.
