USM doesn't run

I've created a new style, saved it and restarted Firefox.

Now I get this error in the Error Console:

All the styles got dis-applied and there is no even a USM's button on the toolbar anymore.

p.s.: I've replaced path to my Firefox profile with %path2myFxProfile% in the quoted error's text.
