Apparently Location Bar Enhancer causes the Go button in the urlbar to be permanently hidden

Some ideas to solve this problem:

1. Add a consistency check to the physical properties of an Oracle table so that a marker is added to the Problems view when a partition is created without specifying a partitioning method.
2. Gray the "Add" button of the "Table partitions" tab when no partitioning method has been defined.
3. Hide the "Table partitions" tab when no partitioning method has been defined.
