The keepalive guide appears to omit any mention of GRPC_ARG_HTTP2_MAX_PINGS_WITHOUT_DATA, which seems like an essential channel arg to override for keepalive to work as intended in many applications.

Omitted in main user guide Mentioned in C++ user guide
