Create a top level section in grpc.io with link and abstract of Posts.

Like in golang.org's Featured Articles Section, we need a Top level section on "Latest Posts" Which links to the last 2 posts and has a 2 line abstract. This will showcase:

• Recent updates to the site.
• Easily make posts visible to new site owners.

We need this before we post the beta announcement on the site, so likely this week if possible.

This should be very easy to do. The /posts/ page already uses something very similar.

To clarify, by top level, I meant the landing/home page -- http://grpc.io

Where would we put it on the landing page? I just don't want the landing page to get too cluttered, it already has quite a lot of information on it.
