Shaded netty lib for 1.77.0 seems stale

I noticed that the io.grpc.netty.shaded.io.grpc.netty.NettyServerBuilder still references now-deprecated EpollEventLoopGroup whereas the non-shaded version now uses MultiThreadIoEventLoopGroup.

Is the shaded artifact for 1.77.0 stale?
