Nuget package for test helpers

It would be great to have packages with helpers for tests, so as not to copy examples from tests

@listepo Can you tell us what methods/code are you copying from the examples that are worth including in a package? We are not planning to do this at the moment; however, we will wait to see if there is an increased interest from the community for us to prioritize the issue.
