Building the csharp docker container under directory 0.11 fails

The error message is: E: Version '0.11.0.0-1~bpo8+2' for 'libgrpc0' was not found

Seems like if I use 0.11.1-1~bpo8+1 then the package is found, as indicated by the packages index here. Is this the right package or it has not been published yet?
