Support for enabling/disabling widget via iOS 8's Edit button in the Notification Center

How can a widget know when it has been enabled/disabled via the Edit button in the NC?

Perhaps WeeLoader should call the -host(Will/Did)Present and -host(Will/Did)Dismiss methods on the widget when it's being enabled/disabled?

Alternatively maybe remove the ability to enable/disable via the Edit button and make custom widgets always enabled?
